Sponsoring Success; Celebrating Women
Grant programs are funded and promoted by sponsors of the OWA. A panel, selected by the OWA and the sponsor, will choose finalists and winners are awarded cash grants that celebrate and help further the success of women in the optical industry.
Our Mission
ClearVision-Adira Grant Program
The program, funded by a donation from ClearVision in alignment with the launch of its women’s brand, Adira, awarded five grants of $2,000 each in 2024. A panel selected by the OWA and ClearVision chose the finalists, with OWA members casting the final vote to determine the winners. Essays will be anonymized during the voting process to ensure fairness.
