Sponsoring Success; Celebrating Women
Grant programs are funded and promoted by sponsors of the OWA. A panel, selected by the OWA and the sponsor, will choose finalists and winners are awarded cash grants that celebrate and help further the success of women in the optical industry.
ClearVision-Adira Grant Program
The program, funded by a donation from ClearVision in alignment with the launch of its women’s brand, Adira, will award five grants of $2,000 each. There will be two rounds of grant opportunities.

Second Round: We'll reopen the page for submissions in July for round two, featuring three grants.

A panel selected by the OWA and ClearVision will choose finalists, with OWA members voting to determine the winners. Essays will be anonymized during the voting process to ensure fairness.
